Robert A. Packer, 25, of PA, met a gal, posssibly named Arlene, while visiting relatives in Mystic and then married her. The marriage took place in late October 1867. He was Episcoplian but wedding could have taken place in another church or maybe just civil ceremony. The marriage was later annulled or they were divorced. There may have been a child. How do I go about researching this from distant state. Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks
