I found that in the 1790 census index of North Haven there were several Bracket families, Benjamin, Ebenezer, Eneas, Giles, Isaiah, John, Jospeh, Levi, Richard, Samuel and Stephen. The name in that index was spelled Bracket. The person I am reseaching a Franklin Brackett born 1814 the son of John Bracket both born in CT. Is anyone researching this line?
