Hello: I have recently purchased a number of CDV's of families from Connecticut, New Hampshire and Wisconsin. The name of Lombard keeps turning up in the family trees of the ones I have identified, though very few of them are identified as Lombards. Among the names that are listed on the backs of the cards are Alvord, Cullen, Hirschboeck, and in the case of this card, Peter and Katie Walsh. This is a tintype, and has no identifying marks on it, so I am at a standstill in my attempts to return it to a descendent. I will be posting this message in the states that the other cards came from, in the hopes of someone identifying them. If you have Peter and Katie Walsh as siblings (around the 1880's) and think this might be your family, please email me.
