Looking for parents of Sarah MOODY born abt 1729, married 23 May 1750 at New Hartford, Litchfield, CT to Peletiah 5) ALLYN. Sarah died bef 16 Aug 1783 at Barkkhamsted, Litchfield, CT. Peletiah was born 4 Oct 1714 at Hartford co,
CT and died Nov 1783 at Barkhamsted.

Richard -1) ALLEN/ALLYN. Altho I have read, in England the name wasn't spelled ALLYN but spelled ALLEN..I have found his name ALLYN & ALLEN here.

Peletiah and Sarah (MOODY) ALLYN were parents of 3 ch:
all born Barkhamsted.
1. Helena (not sure about her) I have her birth as c1639

she married 1760..something isn't right here. Her

parents weren't married until 1750! She died 6 Dec 1770

at Suffield, Hartford, CT.

2.xAnna born 27 Oct 1753 died abt 1783 at Barkhamsted

Anna married Joseph 6) Shepard they were my 4th gr gp.

Joseph 6, 5, 4, John 3, 2, Edward 1) Shepard.
3. Peletiah born 3 Feb 1756 know nothing more of him.

Any help on Sarah will be wonderful...
