I would be interested in seeing that linage. A very distant relative of mine is related to Aaron Burr. I ran into a note to that effect while researching that line trying to prove my connection into that line. The note was by William McPhearson. He was 'the' McPhearson genealogist of that line. His notes would have contained the proof I needed and would have been most valuable for the McPhearson line. He was working with a brother of one of my descendants trying to make the connection between our 2 lines. They were living at a time when the old folks knew their lineages but that information was never written down except by those 2 men. I believe now all their notes were thrown out when they died. I never was able to find any living descendants of his line. From his notes that were not lost.
"Maud, who is the wife of Mr. Cyrus H. Polley of Rochester, N.Y.; Jane McPherson; and May McPherson.--Yours sincerely, WM. J. McPherson."
I leave clues in case one of his decedents does want to do some genealogical research. This message is one of those clues and is linked to the McPhearson, Burr and Polly boards.
