Is your Hazel E. Crowfoot the daughter of Joseph and Margaret
Crowfoot, with brothers George A. and Charles O.?
Hazel E. born about 1899 in
Colorado, 1910 US Fed Census.
If this is your Hazel she is not American Indian. Her father's family were originally from Huntingdonshire,
England. I have quite a bit of history on this
Crowfoot family. Margaret's family were from IL, and I have found no American Indian heritage in her family.
