Another researcher from Pueblo County sent me census records and the Richard Pierce/Clara Poe marriage, based on all of the other information she provided and I already knew; my great aunt. The Lauretta Pierce/Vibcent Nessen marriage is the one that I was looking for.
However, the William Pierce/Virginia Edgell marriage is probably not a match. With the census records I've been sent and the marriage record you sent; my William Pierce was about 10 years to old to be this one. This is probably the William E. Pierce that is listed in the 1930 Federal Census of Pueblo County in the household of Asnath Pierce as a 21 year old shipping clerk. Virginia I. Edgell also appears in that census as a 16 year-old.
