I am searching for my brother, Shawn Kelly, who was born in Muncie, IN 1959. He has a son, William James Kelly. With a little effort you can track down the phone number. Iam located it w/ little effort in the public domain. But, just because you might locate where Shawn is, does not mean he is interested in talking. That is up to him.It is the old "you can drag a horse to water, but you can't make him drink"
