I could not find any burial record on Flora Morgan in Otero County at http://www.coloradoplains.com/otero/cemeteries.htm

You will find a Rosalie Allen in Rocky Ford's Valley View Cemetery Block 27, Lot 7, space E in the above site. She and her un-named baby seem to share the same site.

I am just an interested Rocky Ford genealogist trying to help out. I did not know either person.
