Trying to locate anybody with knowledge of a Carlin family that lived in Fort Morgan area around 1975. Names associated with this search are Clay Thomas Carlin and his sister, Sandra Carlin. Sandra was married at the time. Don't know married name. Also, possibly, Kathleen Joann Morgan, Clay's ex wife/partner. Clay and Sandra could be full blooded Cherokee Indian. Checked Ft. Morgan cemetery - no Carlins there. Any help or ideas of other places to search would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sorry, but I was unable to locate any CARLIN in the Fort Morgan area. I checked city directories from 1965 to 1985, high school annuals, and the service organization rosters available and there were no Carlins listed as ever having lived here during that time. It is possible that they were on a Rural Route. The directory for local RR boxes was dropped some time ago but I did check them from the mid 1960’s with no luck.

Researching Indian genealogies is a whole different ballgame, but if they were full Cherokee that should make it a little easier.
