Can anyone help me find information on William Moffat who married was married to Christina Fraser. William was my G.G.G.G Grandfather and I belive he was a Blacksmith.

He had a son Joseph,( my G.G.G. Gradndfather) who was born around 1802 in Penninghame, Newton Stewart, Dumfrisshire, Scotland.He was married to Catherine Johnstone and was a plumber.

I would like to know when and where William was born.Any information would be very much appreciated.
