Abner Hayden Passed Away
Last Thursday afternoon June 12th(this is how the paper printed it but Im sure it should have been the 5th) Mr. Abner Hayden, 89, Father of Mrs. J.T. Hanley, passed away at the home of his Son-in-law and daughter where he had been cared for since in January 1943. Mr. Hayden suffered a paralytic stroke previous to being taken here and had been an invalid since that time.
The body was taken to Holton, Kansas, his former home, for burial and the funeral services.
