Funeral services for Alpha C. KING of Eads, Kiowa Co., CO, wll he held at the First Christian Church in Eads at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10, 1995. Pastor Robert Storms of the Chivington Friends Church and evangelist Bill Breland of Eads First Christian Church will officiate. Interment will follow in the Eads Cemetery.

Visiation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 Friday, Sept. 8, at Brown Funeral Home in Eads.

Mrs. KING, age 77, was born July 21, 1918, in Wiley, CO, and died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 1995, at Weisbrod Nursing Home in Eads, CO.

She is survived by her children: Rebecca A. (Gary) MORGAN of Denver, CO.,; George L. KING, Jr., of Eads; James M. (Doris) KING of Seibert, CO.; Elmer R. "Red" (Jeannette) KING of Burlington, CO.; LuEllen KING of Yoder, CO.; Bertha J. (Lee) BOULDIN of Thornton, CO.; Thomas A. (Jan) KING of Eads; and Robert D. (Cricket) KING of Miracle Valley, AZ.

She is survived also by 23 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and by her stepmother, Myrl McCRACKEN, of Lamar, CO.; and by her sisters; Freda (Lester) LaCOST of Wiley, CO., and Wilma MAST of Wiley.

Mrs. KING was preceded in death by her parents, Guy M. and Clara SPITZER McCRACKEN; by her husband, George L. KING; by her son Leo D. KING, on July 8, 1995, by her sister Clara SHEESLEY; and by her granddaughter, Shauna Marie KING.
