Hi all. I've got a land claim location from the late 1800s in Jefferson county, but I have no idea how to find it. The location given is 3/south, 69/west. What does that even mean? I know it's near Evergreen, but that could be a BIG area to look in. Any ideas how to pin this down? I'm going to CO in three days, and I'd love to find it.
