During a search of some ancestors I have found that I had a couple cousins who were guests of the state in 1930 census. They were brothers and I am curious as to what they did to get themsleves admitted to the Denver County Jail.
I have made numerous calls ( I am in Florida) trying to find some information about these men to no avail. Everyone gives me a new number to call. I finally wound up at the state archive. The nice lady I spoke with said that the records between 1928 and 1940 do not exist. She said they could do a search at $25.00 for a half hour and there would be no guarantee that the records would be there.
So I am asking if anyone knows the wherabouts of the Denver County Jail records for the years including 1930 or someplace online that maybe I could do a search of court dockets of the time.
By the way...their names are William H and Dolphia M Boyce.
Thanks in advance for any help rendered.
