I have some info on Mary Elizabeth Crouch. My g-grandmother, Mary (Polly) Ann Eason and two siblings came to live with the Crouch family in 1865 when thier parents died. Mary Ann Eason and Mary Elizabeth Crouch were first cousins. William Alonzo Watson and Mary Elizabeth Crouch were married on 9 June 1866 in Fremont County, Co. Two months later, Mary Ann Eason and George Babcock were married at the same place.

I also have a last will and testament for Joseph Elira Crouch where he forgave a loan to William Alonzo Watson, if you are interested.

As to your original request, I don't know details of death or burial for the Watsons.
