I am looking for information about the parents, siblings and ancestry of Langford Wilson, born 1837 in Summit County Ohio or PA, lived in Louisville Colorado area since around 1858, and died 6 May 1898.
Enlisted at Camp Weld in 1862. Member of First Colorado Cavalry, company F, 1st regiment, during the war between the States and was also called/known as "Lorrain," "Lanford," and "Lankford," with a middle initial showing as "R" or "K" according to various writers of different military records.
Langford was a Provost Marshall guard stationed in Denver from until 1865 when he apparently returned to the Louisville area.
