You believe that Theresa is Matties srep granddaughter? Do you know how? Is that via Cort?
Sadly, Jim and Theesa had no offspring at all. They are buried side by side in Goldendale, WA.
I've tracked Mattie back to her birth in Pennsylvania to Henry Nimon and his first wife. Mattie is listed in 1880 with Henry Nimon in Indiana, but she has the name Martha Silks then and she also has Benjamin Silks with her, presumably. Henry lists Benjamin as a "nephew"? Know anything about that? Also, her first hubby Casey Silks, what do you know of him?
Have you done anything with Cort's genealogy? I am fascinated with them...
