I am seeking information on the biological parents of Ulmont Monty Clarence Cluts. He was born in Alamosa, CO. and adopted as an infant. At age of 2 his last name was legally changed to Hase.
The only info he has is his father's name is Chief Charlie Runningbear, Mother's name is Mary Medina. Records indicate he was born in Alamosa, Co., in 1968. The father (Runningbear), is an Apache indian.
