I am looking for information on Bert Wellington Williams. in 1929 when his only child was born he was 33 and living in San Francisco. His son later moved to Washington State.

Bert was not born in San Francisco and it is not known when or why he moved to SF. He married Inez Margaret Boice. Again, not sure if marriage was in SF or took place in another state/county.
