My GGGrandparents Christian Hansen Jorgensen and Maren Karen Jorgensen, maiden name Christensen. Came to the USA in 1887 from Denmark. I don't know if they came together. They had a son born 1888 in Stockton CA. They lived in Hills Ferry CA. I'm trying to find out what ship(s) they came over on, and what town(s) they are from in Denmark. I noticed on the internet that J. Carlyle Parker said that the Stanislaus County Clerks Office has 2 reels of film "1854-1978 Naturalization and Citizenships Records". I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to go and look at these 2 films for me, to see if my GGGrandparents are in them. I know this is asking a lot, but I would really really appreciate it. I was born in Turlock but, now living is St. Louis MO. Janette
