Surnames: GARDNER, MYERS
I have four mysteries for which i would greatly appreciate any help.
1) DANIEL GARDNER, b. NY 1894, came from Ohio in the 1850's to Santa Clara area with two sons, DANIEL FINETY, RHODES, and daughter MARY. I believe he died in Saratoga in April, 1870 but cannot find documentation or final resting place.
2) MARY GARDNER, from above, b. Ohio 1831, listed in 1860 US Census in Santa Clara with father DANIEL and brother DANIEL FINETY. No further information except a possible marriage to a "FOWLER".
3) WINNIFRED GARDNER, b. abt 1905 in Santa Clara, dau of WILLIAM and HATTIE GARDNER, believed to have died as infant, but again, no documentation.
4) JACK MYERS, b. abt 1878, married to LILLIAN GARDNER, b. 1893, dau of WILLIAM and HARRIET GARDNER. LILLIAN died at Agnews State Hospital in 1947 and I am wondering if they had children?
I am anticipating a visit to Santa Clara in February and would appreciate any information or suggestions for researching these names.
