Peter Rossi Wall - At home in the loving care of his family, Peter passed away peacefully on June 12, 1999. Born in San Francisco on November 22, 1929, Peter graduated from St. Ignatuius High School and the University of San Francisco. Peter was a decorated Air Force aviator during the Korean Conflict, and in 1955 returned to San Francisco to marry and raise a family, and launch a successful business career. A devout Catholic, Peter was blessed with numerous successes. He is survived by his ever-loving wife of 43 years, Joyce Marie Wall, his six children: Stephen, Michael, Kathleen, Patricia, Peter Jr., and James and their spouses/fiancée, Suzanne, Carl, Ken, and Nancy, eight grandchildren; Alyssa, Jennifer, and Matthew Pastore, Kelsey and Kyle Merrigan, Sarah, Kevin, and Daniel Wall, and four brothers: Dr. C. Allen Wall. Dr. Robert Wall, Richard Wall of San Francisco, and Dr. John Wall of Saratoga. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. Peter had a sharp wit and a vibrant spirit. He was smiling until the very end. The virtues he espoused will never be forgotten: faith, family, education, community, and duty.

Rosary service will be held on Tuesday June 15, 1999, 7:30 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1040 Alameda de las Pulgas Rd., Belmont. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday June 16, 10:30 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.

Donations may be made in his name to St. Ignatius High School Scholarship Fund.
