Noah died 25 Jun 1959 in Tracy. In particular, I wonder if his wife's maiden name was Anna Dukelow

Stockton Record Obits:
An index to the Stockton Record exists as a card file index (kept only at the Chavez Central Library) and goes all the way back to the Gold Rush up
to 1990. Done by librarians by hand, some periods were
indexed better than others.

fill out the "Ask a Reference Question" form on the Chavez (Stockton) library web page:

make sure you provide details from the CA death index
and they will copy what you request (writing reason) and mail or fax it to you...
copies from the microfilm are generally $.25 per page......$1.00 minium

Longwell of Hayward; brother of Mrs. Margaret Riddle of Santa Ana, Mrs. Letta Martin and Mrs. Phoebe Lodwig of Kearney, Nebraska; grandfather of two, great-grandfather of one; a member of the Oakland Lodge No. 3, IOOF and Tracy Lodge ORC; a native of Iowa aged 78 years.

Friends are invited to attend funeral services Saturday, June 27, 1959 at 2 p.m. from Hotchkiss Mortuary, Tracy. Entombment services private.
