Seeking any and all information relevant to my father Paul James Babcock II, born May 6, 1946 in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from Westmoor High in Daly City class of 1964. Married twice, two children on record, myself, born Sept 1966, and a daughter born Jan 1970. Shortly thereafter my father was inducted into the federal witness protection program.
