Looking for information on Chester Picasso b. 1921 possibly Contra Costa Co.?
Served in the Army in WWII. Unable to find any death records for him so it might be possible he's still alive and living some where in the Bay Area?
His gr parents killed in the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco.
