I am not sure if these court records would have
survived the Great Fire and Earthquake of 1906.
Wish I had more encouraging news, but it seems,
unless you are very lucky, you will be fighting
an uphill battle.

Alternatives may be to see if the Attorney's office
survived and if the records were retained due to
the notoriety of the case. A descendent may have them.

Or a descendent of Charlie may have a set.
