I do not have much info to go on William Turja is said to have been shot while panning for Gold in Feather River Canyon . He was born in Michigan in 1907 and in 1930 census the last place I find him he was still living in Michigan.
Anyone know if there is a place I could look for death obit or new artical on this shooting
