I am researching a Placer County individual, Thomas E. Nowlin. According to Social Security Death Index, he was born 25 July 1933 (Los Angeles Co., CA) , and died 30 Jul 1991 in Placer Co.,CA.

I believe he had brothers named Robert, Gerald, and a sister named Wanda.
