I have found a John McGuire listed as a soldier under Capt. Christopher Lovell in the 1850 census in the Chino Barracks. I think he may be my next missing link to my McGuire line of Orange,and need to find out how to search for soldier information for this Infantry group. Any ideas from anyone?
