STRUCKMAN: Mary STRUCKMAN born 14 January 1901; married 17 June 1923 Rough And Ready California to Alfred BREWER; Martha STRUCKMAN born 31 May 1908; died November 1909; Ernest STRUCKMAN born 30 August 1909; married Annabell SANFORD; Walter STRUCKMAN born 4 November 1911; married 22 April 1950 to Aileen REBB. Henry E. STRUCKMAN's parents were Ernst Friedrich and Elizabeth (DIECHS) STRUCKMAN. In 1888 Ernst Friedrich STRUCKMAN brought his sons Henry E. and Emil G. STRUCKMAN to the United States. Worked in New Jersey for a while. Then they went to Texas with a Germany Colony.

Are you still looking for the families of Henry E. Struckman from Nevada County, California? One of his sons and three grandchildren are in southwest Arkansas

I'm a local history researcher here in Nevada County. Our Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a History Project for which I'm a member. I am attempting to document the history of the Henry Struckman family and their ranch in the township of Rough and Ready, CA. His son, Walter, operated the ranch following Henry's death in 1950. Walter's wife is still living, but has little information prior to her marriage to Walter in the early 1950s.

Any information on this Struckman family prior to Henry's death would be most appreciated!

I am the wife of one of the grandsons. Ernest, my father-in-law, is still living. He is 95 and very feeble. My first hand information is after the Struckmans moved to Arkansas.

Verena was a daughter of Hans Jacob Muery in Switzerland, Ill have to check for dates and stuff. Nicolaus Gerhard Elimar Struckman married Verena and had Henry, Lena, etc. Henry was Nicolaus' brother. I have information a few generation back from Hans. Let me know if you still chek this.
