I'm hoping someone can find obits for this husband and wife who are both buried in Tulocay Cem in Napa

BOWEN DOLLIE M 09/13/1887-01/06/1961

Does anyone know how they are connected to the John and Marion Hart family ? Both Bowen are buried in the family plot of HART.
