MRS. CANO DIES HERE SUDDENLY
Mrs. Maclovia Cano, 41, well known resident of East Monterey died suddenly Saturday evening after she had been stricken with a heart attack.
A native of Watsonville, she had resided on the Peninsula for the past 17 years.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Cano of East Monterey; eight children, Fred of Monterey, John of Sacramento, Mrs. Viola Beecher of San Francisco, Eddie Duckworth in the U.S. Army, and Christina, George, Eleanor and Maclovia of East Monterey; two brothers, Frank and Tom of Watsonville, and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Fattlina and Mrs. Lupe Martinez of Watsonville.
Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. Dorney's Funeral Home is in charge.
