Seeking any information about a prominent Realtor, ARTHUR RYAN of Pacific Grove, CA. I understand Nancy Borba / Barbe married this prominent realtor Ryan. He was the 2nd or 3rd owner of a house at 255 Oceanview Blvd., which is now a B & B. The current owner states, it all depends on whether you think the Parkes of Parke-Davis Pharmaceuticals were the 1st or 2nd owners. Mr. Ryan owned the house from 1942 until he was committed to Agnew State Hospital. I was given Arthur as a first name by a niece of Nancy's who visited and stayed at the house on more than one occasion. I'm not sure how death records work, when a person onced lived in Pacific Grove, then goes to Agnew in Milipitas, A or Santa Clara County I believe. Not sure what his death record would state.
