I am seeking info on my great-great grandmother. Family history has her as Modoc (Native American). We know her children all had the last name of Moore so we assume she married a Moore. I found a 1900 census with her info listed on it and it says she is divorced. That she had 9 children but only 6 were living at that time. She was living in LAA. Co then but our family has always said she came from Clear Lake in Modoc Co.
Her birth was reportedly Dec 1854.
Her living children in 1900 that we know of are Birdie/Berdina who married Cahn/Conn and then Allen, Charles, Lucy who married Amy/Amey and Jenny.
Any help would be great.
