Hi all, I'm hoping to get help with an obit look up for Herbert Maxwell b.1904 and died Dec 18, 1951.

I know it's older and may not be available online. If not does anyone know if there is a county office that records deaths there? I couldn't find the specific town he died in. Thanks.
