Obituaries
Alfred E. Mason, Jr.
Memorial services are pending for Alfred E. Mason, Jr., of Ukiah. Mason died Saturday, Dec. 12, 1998, at a Ukiah hospital. He was 77.
Born Nov. 9, 1921, in Watsonville, Mr. Mason served with the U. S. Navy during World War II. He was a maintenance man for Collagen Water Conditioning for more than 20 years before his retirement.
He leaves a wife, Janice Mason of Ukiah; two sons, Richard and Debbie Mason of Yucaipa, and Richard and Mary Lynn Mason of Ohio; a daughter, Beverly and David Cangey of Covina; and a step-daughter, Susan Carter of Ukiah.
Grandchildren Kendra and Kory Mason of Yucaipa; Megan and Karen Mason of Ohio; Shawna Spencer and Andrew Rowland, both of Covina; and step-grandchildren Rebecca and Sean Carter of Ukiah.
Eversole Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
