Glen Weatherhead
San Rafael resident

Glen Weatherhead, a 35-year San Rafael resident, died April 1. He was 91.

Mr. Weatherhead was born in Chicago. He moved to San Francisco in 1927 and worked for the Borden Milk Co.

He enlisted in the Army in 1942, and participated in the Normandy, Rhineland and Northern France campaigns. He retired in 1976 after 22 years with the California Department of Corrections.

Mr. Weatherhead is survived by his wife of 50 years, LaVaughn Weatherhead of San Rafael; sons, Alan Weatherhead of Bellevue, Wash., and Dean Weatherhead of Washington, D.C.; daughter, June Chevallier; sister, Jean Wagner of Cambria; brother, George Weatherhead of Santa Maria; and granddaughter, Christina of Fort Polk, La.

Services were held on April 8 at the Visalia District Cemetery in Visalia.
