Frank Joseph Rossi
Frank Joseph Rossi, a travel agent and railroad freight agent, died in San Rafael Feb. 21. He was 87.
Mr. Rossi was born in Chicago, Ill.
He worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 38 years as the General Freight Agent of the Western Region; and later worked at Aventi's Travel Agency.
He was a member of Toastmaster's, SIRS, Elks Club, past president of Fuschia Society; and past president of Pacific Traffic Association.
He loved gardening and nature, woodworking, coin and stamp collecting and world traveling.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marjorie; sons, Frances Rossi of San Jose, Nicholas Rossi of El Dorado Hills, Robert Rossi of Walla Walla, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today at Keaton's Mortuary from 5 to 9 p.m. The service will be tomorrow, 1 p.m., at Keaton's Mortuary in San Rafael.
