I am trying to find parents of William Charles Redding. From what I can find, perhaps his Mother is Lydia Hoskins and his father Joseph. If so, the census information mostly shows his father from Ireland which one reference to England. His Mother was born in Mass. The Hoskins family history goes deep into England .. so not sure this is the right Lydia. I am going to try the New England Historical Society.
