Looking for info on an inmate Claude A. Heckler (b. 08 Nov 1891) who was in San Quentin prison on 19 Oct 1942 to Sept of 1947. His charge was assault with intent to commit murder. The court listed is Kern. He later died in San Bernardino, CA in Jan of 1960.
Where can I look for information (court records, newspapers) as to WHY he was there?
