If you were able to read all the census, I'm at a loss as to how you could not make a connection.:-)
1920 Marian is m to Frank COCHRAN, Plumas Co with son Stanley [you have this census]
1930 Marian COCHRAN and sons Stanley & Wesley, Plumas Co; she says she is married, but no Frank; this was not uncommon for a spouse, as it was humiliating to be abandoned or divorced.
1940 Marian OWEN [Russell] and sons Stanley and Wesley COCHRAN are in S F

I do not have marriage date. There were no ch of this marriage, so can only state m 1930-40.

1920 Winona is m to Clarence MAURER, Plumas Co with ch Donald, Doris, Douglas [again, you have this census]
1930 Winona BURNEY [Robt E] with ch Donald, Doris, Douglas COCHRAN, Washoe NV. They have son Wm 9mos b NV; Robt was a "repeaterman" for Bell Telephone [1930 Reno City Directory].
I'm assuming they m c 1928

I suggest you contact Plumas Co for possible divorce/remarriage records.

BTW Despite what his photo says, Donald A MOORE was pardoned 1-27-1911. This is from another record on Ancestry, with the same detailed info as the photo, except for release date.
I tried to locate him thru wife, but either divorced, or she also has an alias.

You might try for obits for Marian and Winona in the public library of their respective towns....might mention Donald. If you know where/when Orville MOORE died, I would do the same for him
