How to you look to see if any of your ancestor's have been in San Quintin in about 1900? I have searched every where for Edwin Ashby Jones born Feb 4, 1872 in Illinois. Last I can find any record of him is in San Joaquin Ca. On the California Voter Registers 1866-1898 he was 24. Any help would be appreciated.
