William was born in Arkansas between 1901-1903, the son of Hubert Jackson Hall and Kate Kelleam Hall. A sister, Marguerite Hall Bradley and William were residents of Los Angeles in 1957. There was another sister, Mary Kate Hall Price, living in Yosemite National Park, California at that time. William has two children by his first marriage that ended in 1932. They are in hopes that there might be a half brother, sister or cousin that might be able to share photographs and stories of their father.
