I am looking for some information on two (former?) Los Angeles businesses. In directories from 1918-early 1920s I have found listed my great-great uncle and two places of employment. I am hoping to find out more information on these in hopes of piecing together my great-great uncle's life of which we know very little. One company is Pac Baking, which I'm assuming is a bakery and the other is Nithengale Co. Does anyone know if either of these still exist or have any information on them? I haven't been able to find anything on either of these places yet. I'd be much appreciative of any help! Thanks!
