I am searhing for any information about my maternal grandfather's family (Ford). His name was Lewis Vernon (commonly, Vernon) Ford. He lived and worked in Susanville most of his adult life, he died about 1995/6. He was born in Ft. Smith, Arkansas abt. 1927. I am particularly interested in discovering any information about his military service, we believe he was a Navy veteran. I have a bit of info I am very happy to share about other members of the Ford family in Arkansas.
