According to the California Index to Registration Affidavits, Dwight H. and Ruth L. Dodge lived in Woodlake, Tulare County in 1924, 1930, 1932 - 1936 and into 1940. I did find one listing in the Calif. Voter's Registration from 1920 - 1922 when they lived in the Fairfax area in Edison, Kern County. The 1930 census shows D.H. age 39 and R.L. age 38, Dodge living in Lemon Cove, Tulare County, CA. They had been married about 10 years by then and there were no children listed with them. They were both born in Colorado

In the 1920 census, Dwight is living with his brother, James, as is his father, Nathaniel. Dwight was 28 yrs old and single. They were living in Buena Vista, Chaffee County, Colorado.
