Can anyone tell when Will or Wilt or Wilton Cornell was Mayor of Bishop or Bishop Creek? I am thinking it would be 1938 thru 1948.

Or maybe someone can tell me HOW I can find out. I am willing to look, just don't know where to look. Have tried to log onto a site for Inyo county but I won't let me register. HELP!!!
