Lasky's in Lone Pine

Surnames: Lasky, Grejava, Moore
Joan, Thanks for taking the time to do a lookup. I had already found the 1870 census at the Bishop library, and again online. The name Lasky was spelled Alaska, but the first names were all correct.
Re: the Great Registers; Thanks for letting me know they are available at the courthouse. Benjamin was my husband's great uncle - nice to have a description of him. It sounds like a good likeness for a picture we have of his brother Samuel (Ed's great grandfather).
Frank C. Lasky is most likely Ed's grandfather Frank G. Lasky b.12 Nov 1882 which would have made him 26 in 1908. Pretty close. So far as we know Frank was the only Lasky that remained in Inyo County. We find many of the others in San Francisco.
I have found a person here in Tacoma, WA (small world) who descends from Michael. We are going to try and get together this next week.
