i am trying to find Frank Arthur Martinez,II. his last known location was Niland, Ca. His parents are Frank Arthur Martinez(also last known in Niland) and Lucy (Gaxiola) Martinez (last known in the San Diego area). he was born in October of 1970. I am looking for him in regards to medical history as he is my daughter's biological father.
